 RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Any merchandise, with the exception of jock straps, mouthguards, and custom-made items, that has not been washed, worn, altered or soiled and remains suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of order. The customer must pay for the return shipping cost and any refund issued will be for the price of the purchased items minus the initial shipping charge. No exchanges or refunds allowed on jockstraps or mouth guards.

LIMITED REPLACEMENT WARRANTY:

UniformsForMartialArts.com warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to abuse, neglect, or misuse. UniformsForMartialArts.com's sole liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of such products which are returned to UniformsForMartialArts.com within this 90-day period.

We will always replace defective items free of charge, however, if we have to replace something for an overseas customer, we will only pay to ship to your US address with MyUS.com (or another 3rd party shipper) and you will have to pay them for the rest of the shipping.

Regular stock orders usually ship out within 0 - 3 business days after being placed. Mainland American orders are shipped by either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Post, at our discretion.

U.S. SHIPPING SURCHARGES:

US Virgin Islands: 5% surcharge
Puerto Rico: 5% surcharge
U.S. Minor Outlying Islands: 10% surcharge

Canadian orders are shipped by either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Post, at our discretion.
Canadian customers are responsible for any and all customs/duty fees imposed by Canadian customs.

Overseas customers can purchase from our website if they use a mail forwarding services like MyUS.com and if they pay by Paypal since the website only accepts American and Canadian credit cards.
