These sparring fist protectors also have full coverage double foam padding over the knuckles and a vinyl strap across the palm for a tighter grip while sparring.

In order to determine your fist protector size, lay your hand flat on a ruler and measure the distance across the punching knuckles of your four fingers (minus the thumb).
